Calshot Beach Activities

Calshot beach on the Cadland Estate is part of a mile-long shingle spit which extends out into the mouth of Southampton Water.

From the beach you can enjoy views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight as well as getting a great view of the ships coming and going from Southampton. During July and August 2021 our partners New Forest Activities will be on-site to offer Pop-Up Hotel guests and visitors watersports directly from the beach, including kayaks and SUPs (paddleboards). These can be booked on the day, just head to the beach activity cabana or book here, although we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out!
